Short breaks - Spring 2008 and Autumn 2008
Short breaks are available through the winter (November through to week before May Bank holiday, but excluding two weeks over Christmas/New Year and Easter fortnight). The following rates apply:

Fri - Sun (3 nights): £240.00 [£80]
Mon - Thur (4 nights): £240.00 [£80]

£30.00 off all short breaks Nov 08 -
May 09 booked before 01 Sept 2008

Some small print!

• The above rates are for up to six persons (adults or children). There is no extra charge for an infant (cot and high chair provided free)
• Electricity (for central heating, hot water and lighting etc) inclusive
• All bed-linen and towels are provided but guests are expected to provide their own beach towels
• Animals: Well behaved dogs are welcomed but must be kept on the ground floor only, and not exercised in the garden
• Guests may arrive from 3.00pm on day of arrival and must depart by 10.00am on departure day
• Please read the separate terms and conditions. Your signature on the booking form will indicate that these conditions are acceptable to you

Terms and Conditions
1.The deposit is payable in advance 28 days before the start of the rental period.
2.In the event of cancellation, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation insurance is advisable.
3.Animals : Well behaved dogs are welcomed but must be kept on the ground floor only and not exercised in the garden.
4.The house is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of your departure.
5.The number of occupants must not exceed the names on the booking form.
6.We reserve the right of access to the house at any reasonable time during your stay.
7.Sorry our cottages are all non smoking.
8.All damages or breakage's must be reported and paid for.
9.The house is to be left in a clean and tidy condition.
10.There is no extra charge for an infant (cot and high chair provided free)

12.All bed-linen and towels are provided but guests are expected to provide their own beach towels.
13.Cleaning arranged after departure at a cost of £15.00.
